The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Agustin Valiant successfully conducted a Mental Health Awareness Seminar for the youth, focusing on stress management, depression awareness, and su***de prevention.

The seminar was facilitated by SK Chairperson Jescel Anne L. Quimen, RN, who emphasized the importance of maintaining good mental health, especially as students prepare for the upcoming school year. Participants gained valuable knowledge on managing stress, recognizing signs of depression, and understanding the importance of seeking help and supporting one another.

Through this initiative, the SK aims to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and empower the youth to become advocates of a healthier and more supportive community.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Agustin Valiant proudly acknowledges the successful conduct of the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) Orientation and Awareness Program for the youth of our barangay.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Philippine National Police (PNP) Castillejos, especially our resource speaker, for sharing valuable knowledge and insights that promote youth awareness, responsibility, and active participation in maintaining a safe and peaceful community.
