Mandate:
The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) is a non-fee charging multi-dimensional employment service facility or entity established in all Local Government Units (LGUs) in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) pursuant to R.A. No. 8759 or the PESO Act of 1999 as amended by R.A. Public Employment Service Office of Carmona, Cavite was institutionalized in 1996 by

virtue of Municipal Resolution No. 040-96 and was reaffirmed and adopted the creation through Municipal Ordinance No. 05-2023 known as “PESO Creation and Organizational Structure Ordinance”, enacted on March 13, 2023. II. Vision:
A highly recognized multi-employment service facility equipped with God-fearing, dynamic leaders and empowered staff committed to serve with competence and integrity. III. Mission:
To provide, promote and facilitate employment services to job seekers, employers and stakeholder through capacity development and linkage with government and non-government entities. IV. Service Pledge:
The PESO aims to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of employment facilitation services as well as to provide timely information on labor market and DOLE Programs.

- Review fabric usage, establish target yields, and provide accurate consumption data for costings and bulk production planning.
- Vast experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on marker making, pattern grading, and production CAD.
- Advanced working knowledge of industry-standard apparel CAD systems (e.g., Ge**er AccuMark, Lectra, Optitex).
- In-depth understanding of diverse fabric characteristics (knits, wovens, bias cuts), shrinkage, and garment construction methods.
