In line with SK Advisory No. 2026-P003, all SK Officials are reminded to encode their Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Reports for CY 2025 through the SK Web Portal, pursuant to DILG MC No. 2020-138, as amended by MC No. 2024-061.

📌 Please note that SK M&E compliance is also part of SK Advisory No. 2026-P004, which is a requirement for the issuance of Certificate of Good Standing para maka-avail ng SK-related privileges.

The amended guidelines remove the completion of the full-blown Bookkeeping NC III training program and ensure the continuation of the existing two-day Basic Bookkeeping Course for SK Treasurers offered in the MultiRegional TESDA Online Program (MRTOP).
