📢 UPDATE: WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Carmen Water District informs the public that the water interruption previously announced is still ongoing.

Ang among maintenance team nakakita ug bara nga debris sa main pipeline nga nakapahunong sa supply sa tubig sa mga apektadong mga lugar. Ang among technical crew nagtrabaho karon aron tangtangon ang bara ug maibalik ang normal nga supply sa tubig sa labing dali nga panahon.

Pasayloa ang kalisod nga nadala niini ug among gi-awhag ang tanan nga mag-andam ug tubig samtang nagpadayon ang pag-ayo.

Water Service Interruption Update

Repair works on the damaged pipeline caused by Typhoon Basyang are still ongoing, as Carmen Water District continues to exert all efforts to restore water service.

Please be informed that our Pumphouse remains operational; however, not all areas can be accomodated at this time.

Water service interruption continues in affected areas. Service restoration will follow upon completion of the ongoing repairs.

Water Service Interruption Update

Please be informed that our maintenance team is still conducting repair works as of this moment on the Hubason main pipeline, which was damaged due to Typhoon Basyang.

Water service interruption remains in affected areas. Normal operations will resume once repairs are completed.

We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding.

Water Service Interruption Update

Due to Typhoon Basyang, landslides damaged the main pipeline from the water source to Hubason, causing water service interruption.

Our Pumphouse is operational but not all areas can be accommodated due to pipeline leaks and reduced water pressure. Only areas connected to the pipelines beside the main line may receive water.

Our maintenance team is already assessing the damage and normal operations will resume once repairs are completed.

Please be advised that Carmen Water District will have a temporary water service interruption due to repair of a damaged main line located at Purok White Angel, National Highway, Poblacion, Carmen, Surigao del Sur.

🗓️ Date: January 10, 2026
⏰ Time: Starting 8:00 AM
📍 Affected Areas:
- Purok Orchids, Carmen
- Purok White Angel, Carmen
- Purok Dancing Lady, Carmen
- Purok Morning Glory, Carmen
- BRGY. Sta. Cruz
- BRGY. Puyat
- BRGY. Antao

Affected consumers are advised to store enough water prior to the interruption. Water service will be restored immediately after completion of repair works.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
