After more than twenty (20) years of holding-in-abeyance the implementation of a water rate increase, please be informed that effective with the October 1, 2026 reading cycle, new water rates will be applied in accordance with BOD Resolution No. 08-123-2026 (dated August 24, 2026).

We deeply understand that any change in household expenses impacts every family, and we do not take this adjustment lightly. This update represents the implementation of our LWUA-approved Water Tariff Scheduleโ€”originally slated for 2004-2006โ€”which our office deferred for two decades to cushion our community.

Please refer to the posted schedule below for the complete breakdown of rates per category and consumption tier.
