The Barangay Government of Parag-um Carigara, Leyte , formally held a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony, to mark the completion of the Fully-Concreted Road Project, funded under the administration of Provincial Governor, Hon. JERICHO "ICOT" L. PETILLA, in coordination with the Board Members of the 2nd District, Hon. Raissa J. Villasin and Hon. Mildred Joy P. Que.

The event was honored by the presence of our Honorable Mayor, Eduardo T. Ong, Jr. and the Sangguniang Bayan Members, Hon. Fernando Moriel, Hon. Mildred Modesto, Hon. Atty. Carlo Go and Hon. Joenlee Larraga.

On behalf of the Barangay Council and the residents of Brgy. Parag-um, we extend our profound gratitude for this significant infrastructure project, that will greatly benefit our community.
