Empowered women, empowered community. 💜🌸
In celebration of National Women’s Month, the Municipality of Capas successfully conducted another meaningful activity through a livelihood program aimed at enhancing skills, promoting entrepreneurship, and creating sustainable income opportunities for women. This initiative reflects our strong commitment to supporting women as catalysts of growth and development in our community.
This activity was made possible through the invaluable support of the Local Government of Capas under the leadership of Mayor Atty. Roseller B. Rodriguez, together with Vice Mayor Alex Espinosa and Sangguniang Bayan Members for their steadfast support in championing programs that uplift and empower women.
Special thanks as well to the Public Employment Service Office - Capas headed by PESO Manager Ma’am Merly Bumagat for spearheading employment and livelihood opportunities, and to the Provincial Government of Tarlac led by Governor Christian Yap for their continued partnership and unwavering support.
Together, we honor the strength, resilience, and invaluable contributions of women in building a more progressive and inclusive Capas.

Capas Women’s Month
The streets of Capas came alive with color, music, and powerful energy as we officially kicked off Women’s Month. From the vibrant parade that showcased unity and strength, to the lively Zumba session that had everyone moving with joy and confidence, the celebration was a beautiful reminder of what women can achieve when we stand together.
This event was more than just a gathering, it was a tribute to the resilience, courage, and invaluable contributions of women in our community. Every step in the parade symbolized progress. Every beat of the music echoed empowerment. Every smile reflected the strength that women carry every day.
As we begin this month-long celebration, may we continue to uplift, support, and inspire one another. Here’s to strong women, strong leaders, and a stronger Capas. 💜

National Women’s Month 2026 with a theme LEAD LIKE THE BABAYLANS, FILIPINAS - a time dedicated to recognize the strength, courage, and invaluable contributions of women in our community and throughout our nation.
This month reminds us of the vital role women play in shaping our families, our workplaces, and our society. We honor the strength, resilience, leadership, and invaluable contributions of the amazing women in our community — our mothers, sisters, daughters, leaders, and public servants!
Happy Women's Month! Mabuhay ang kababaihan! Mabuhay ang Capas!
