🌱 VALIDATION OF BEST GULAYAN SA PAARALAN 🌱
In Celebration of Municipal Nutrition Month 2026
San Roque Elementary School proudly participated in the Validation of the Best Gulayan sa Paaralan as part of the Municipal Nutrition Month Celebration. The activity showcased the school’s continuous efforts in promoting sustainable gardening practices, food security, proper nutrition, and environmental responsibility among learners and stakeholders.
Although our school garden ranked 4th Place in the competition, we consider this achievement a blessing and a source of pride. Beyond the recognition, we are fortunate to have a functional and productive Gulayan sa Paaralan that continues to provide fresh and nutritious vegetables that supplement our School-Based Feeding Program, helping ensure that our learners receive healthier meals to support their growth and learning.
The validation served as an opportunity to recognize the dedication and teamwork of teachers, learners, parents, and community partners who tirelessly maintain the school garden. Their commitment reflects the true essence of bayanihan and shared responsibility in nurturing a healthy and sustainable learning environment.
Through our Gulayan sa Paaralan, we continue to grow not only vegetables but also healthy habits, teamwork, resilience, and a brighter future for every learner. 🌿💚
