Our Grade 3โ€“6 students explored the library, discovered their storyโ€™s main characters, described their traits, and learned about the challenges and lessons found in each story. ๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿ’›

Attention Grade 4โ€“6 learners โ€” the Library Scavenger & Book Hunt is here! Adventure, clues, and books are waiting for you!

โœจMECHANICS OF THE ACTIVITY:
Mechanics:
1. Participants must locate specific books or resources in the library based on clues question or categories either individually or teams
A. SCAVENGER Hunt: Find a list of books based on titles, authors, or call number. Clue Hunt
I. low riddles or clues leading from one book to another Il. h emed Hunt: Focus on a topic (e.g. mystery books, banned books) Il. Bingo style hunt: create a grid of book categories-participants find one book per square
B. Time Limit
Set a timer (30-60 minutes is common), or let it run until all task are completed

Recognition/Prize: Winners will receive monetary and certificates
Announcement of Winners: Winners will be announced via Elementary Library's Official page
