Anim (6) na Buwang Bisa ng Negative Certification of Birth mula sa PSA

Mariing ipinapaalala ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) sa publiko na ang Negative Certification of Birth na ipinagkakaloob ng PSA ay may bisa lamang na anim (6) na buwan mula sa petsa ng pagkakaloob nito.

📌 Paglampas sa ika-6 na buwan, ito ay hindi na maaaring tanggapin bilang supporting document sa delayed registration of birth at iba pang civil registry transactions.

📌 Tiyakin na ang isusumiteng supporting documents ay updated at valid upang maiwasan ang anumang pagkaantala o abala sa proseso.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Magandang araw po.

Nais po naming ipabatid na ang mga PSA documents na nakatakdang i-release sa Hunyo 8, 2026 ay naantala dahil sa technical problem na nagmula sa PSA outlet office.

Dahil dito, hindi po agad maiproseso ang ilang dokumento sa itinakdang petsa. Kasalukuyan pong inaayos ng PSA ang nasabing isyu upang maipagpatuloy ang normal na operasyon sa lalong madaling panahon.

Humihingi po kami ng paumanhin sa anumang abalang naidulot nito at hinihiling ang inyong pang-unawa at pasensya habang hinihintay ang pagresolba ng problema.

Magbibigay po kami ng panibagong abiso sa sandaling maging available na para sa release ang mga dokumento.

Ang tatlong (3) anyo ng National ID ay VALID at TINATANGGAP sa lahat ng transaksyon, alinsunod sa Philippine Identification System Act (RA 11055):

✅ Physical National ID (PVC card)
✅ National ID in paper form (ePhilID)
✅ Digital National ID

📌 PAALALA:
Mahigpit na IPINAGBABAWAL ang pagpi-print ng Digital National ID sa PVC o plastic card, at HINDI ito tinatanggap bilang valid ID sa anumang transaksyon.

• Death Certificate – ₱255
• Marriage Certificate – ₱255
• CENOMAR – ₱310

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Kinakailangang personal na magtungo sa opisina upang mag-request at dalhin ang mga sumusunod na requirements:

• Signed Authorization Letter mula sa may-ari ng dokumento

National ID Mobile Registration Schedule from May 18 to May 23, 2026. National ID Fixed Registration Center (FRC) is open from Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, located at ALDP Bldg., Diversion Road, Naga City Camarines Sur

Note:
Some mobile registration schedules are in coordination with Department of Social Welfare and Development - 4Ps. The registration is still open to the general public in the event that the coordinated beneficiaries do not appear on their schedule. There are also scheduled registration that are open to the general public on certain days, you may inquire from the Office of the Local Civil Registrar for more information.
