As the saying goes, "Prevention is better than cure," and we're committed to ensuring the safety of our community.

WHO: first year college college ENROLLED for the A.Y / S.Y 2023 2024 second semester (public/ private)

WHERE : baranggay hall of 05 (POB)

𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐀 𝐍𝐀, 𝐌𝐀𝐆 𝐓𝐑𝐘-𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐊𝐀!🏀⛹️

1. All players must be 17 years old to 21 years old at the start of the tournament, on March 23, 2024. (UNDER AGE for this category is not allowed)

2. Each team should consist of a minimum of ten (10) players and a maximum of twelve (12) players.

3. Player must be a registered voter of the Barangay he will represent

Pag-kamo na po ang napili ng SK Councils, ito ang mga kaipuhan e- priparar na requirements.

Each player must submit the following:

a. PSA Birth Certificate- Original and one (1) Photocopy. (Original copy will be returned after the screening).

b. Any valid I.D. (proof of identity)

c. Eligibility form with 2 pcs. 2x2 latest picture. (One for the form and the other for the "Team Gallery)

d. Voter's Certification from COMELEC (proof of residency)

e. Medical Certificate from a duly certified government physician or any licensed physician indicating that they can engage in strenuous activities
