Pagpapaigting ng Serbisyo Publiko at Tapat na Paggamit ng Pondo ng Barangay

Ipinababatid po sa lahat ng ating mga kabarangay na ang ₱100,000.00 na pondong ipinagkaloob sa ilalim ng Bawat Barangay Manginginabang Program ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. (PBBM) ay isinailalim sa wastong proseso at naaayon sa layunin ng programa at sa mga umiiral na alituntunin sa paggamit ng pondo ng pamahalaan.

Bilang bahagi ng ating patuloy na pagsisikap na mapabuti ang serbisyo sa ating komunidad, ang nasabing pondo ay inilaan para sa pagpapa-purchase ng isang BRAND NEW E-TRIKE na magiging karagdagang kagamitan ng barangay para sa paghahatid ng mas mabilis, episyente, at accessible na serbisyo sa ating mga residente. 🛺⚡

Ang e-trike ay maaaring gamitin, alinsunod sa mga itinakdang patakaran at awtorisasyon ng barangay, para sa mga sumusunod na layunin:

Emergency response at disaster preparedness – para sa agarang pagresponde at paghahatid ng kinakailangang tulong sa panahon ng emergency at kalamidad;

Pagdadala ng relief goods at iba pang assistance – para sa distribusyon ng mga pangunahing pangangailangan at programang pang-ayuda ng barangay;

Suporta sa senior citizens, PWDs at iba pang vulnerable sectors – lalo na sa mga gawaing nangangailangan ng transportasyon at agarang assistance;

Barangay programs and activities – para sa transportasyon ng mga kagamitan at iba pang pangangailangan sa pagpapatupad ng mga opisyal na programa;

Iba pang lehitimo at awtorisadong barangay functions na direktang makatutulong sa kapakanan ng ating mga kabarangay.

TRANSPARENCY AT ACCOUNTABILITY

Bilang inyong lingkod, mahalaga sa ating pamunuan ang malinaw, responsable, at transparent na paggamit ng pondo ng bayan. Ang bawat hakbang sa procurement at acquisition ng e-trike ay isinasagawa alinsunod sa mga kinakailangang proseso, dokumentasyon, at umiiral na government procurement and accounting rules.
Ang mga kaukulang dokumento at impormasyon hinggil sa proyekto ay pananatilihing maayos at available alinsunod sa mga patakaran sa transparency, accountability, at public financial management.

Ang e-trike ay isang public asset at hindi pag-aari ng sinumang opisyal. Ito ay para sa serbisyo ng buong barangay at gagamitin lamang para sa mga lehitimo at awtorisadong gawain na makikinabang ang ating komunidad.

Patuloy nating isusulong ang isang barangay na may tapat na pamamahala, wastong paggamit ng pondo, at serbisyong tunay na para sa bawat kabarangay.

📢 ONE-DAY SEMINAR ON CHILD RIGHTS PROTECTION & TEENAGE PREGNANCY 👧🧑‍🦱💙

🌱 Empowering the Youth. Protecting Children. Building a Better Future.

We are inviting everyone to join our One-Day Seminar on Child Rights Protection and Teenage Pregnancy on September 5, 2026, to be held at the Barangay Covered Court.

This important activity aims to raise awareness and strengthen the understanding of young people, parents, and community leaders about the rights, protection, safety, and well-being of children and adolescents. It will also provide an avenue to openly discuss the causes, risks, prevention, and possible consequences of teenage pregnancy, while promoting responsible decision-making, healthy relationships, and a supportive environment for the youth.

On July 3, Brgy. Cabraran Pequeño proudly underwent the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (BDRRM) Resilience Evaluation.

This achievement was made possible through the collective efforts and dedication of the entire barangay, headed by Punong Barangay W***y P. Gomez, together with the Sangguniang Barangay, the SK Council led by SK Chairperson Chrisel Penelope M. Barrameda, the Barangay Health Team, Barangay Tanods, Child Development Workers (CDWs), Senior Citizens Representative, KALIPI President, Solo Parent President, PWD President, BCO President, and other active organizations and stakeholders in our community.

The evaluation was conducted by the hardworking Sir Rommel V. Negrete Jr., MDRRMO Chief, and we are grateful to announce that Brgy. Cabraran Pequeño was initially declared "Fully Compliant" during the assessment.

As part of the evaluation, MSWDO represented by Maam April Joy Sabdao,the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) was also assessed to ensure that programs, policies, and services promoting the welfare, safety, and protection of children are effectively implemented in the barangay.

Likewise, the Barangay Violence Against Women and their Children (BVAWC) Focal Person was evaluated to determine the barangay's readiness and effectiveness in responding to cases involving violence against women and children, ensuring that appropriate support, referral mechanisms, and protection services are in place.

The Barangay Council of Cabraran Pequeño extends its sincere gratitude to our ever-supportive Vice Mayor, Hon. Maria Ahrdail G. Baldo, for taking the time to visit and show her support during the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (BDRRM) Evaluation. Your presence and encouragement inspire us to continue strengthening our disaster preparedness and resilience for the safety and welfare of our community.

The Camalig Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) successfully conducted its 2nd Quarter Multi-Hazard Drill at Cabraran Pequeño Elementary School on June 18, 2026, reinforcing the school's readiness to respond to emergencies and disasters.

The exercise assessed the school's preparedness for various hazards, including earthquakes, fire incidents, and ashfall from Mayon Volcano. A total of 81 pupils, together with teachers, school personnel, and guests, actively participated in emergency response procedures such as the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" earthquake drill, fire suppression and evacuation activities, and proper protective measures during ashfall events.

Led by MDRRMO Head Rommel V. Negrete, Jr., PhD, JD, D.Hum., the activity highlighted strong inter-agency collaboration among the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Camalig Municipal Police Station (MPS), Camalig Fire Station (FS), Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC), and the Cabraran Pequeño Barangay Council headed by Barangay Captain Hon. W***y P. Gomez, together with his barangay personnel.

Following the simulation, Pariaan Elementary School served as the official external evaluator. Based on its assessment of response efficiency, coordination, and communication protocols, Cabraran Pequeño Elementary School earned an outstanding rating of 4.33 out of 5, achieving the distinction of being classified as "Beyond Compliant" in emergency preparedness.
