Committee Meeting on Housing and Property Matters

Led by Hon. SBM Dante Canillo, Chairperson of the Committee on Laws, Legal Matters and Human Rights, the committee convened to deliberate on two important matters referred for review.

Batalla, is not a municipal property but a property owned by Ms. Aida S. Adap. The matter was carefully examined to ensure compliance with applicable laws and proper documentation.

Following the receipt of a unanimous letter from the Office of the Vice Mayor requesting an investigation, LnB Hon. Rex Gario, Chairperson of the Committee on Human Resources Management and Development, together with the members of the Sangguniang Bayan, led a Committee Hearing to discuss and hear the concerns and sentiments of the Senior Citizens regarding the issue of the mandatory fee for the issuance and renewal of Senior Citizen IDs. 📄⚖️

Although the discussion became heated at certain points, the hearing still concluded in an orderly, peaceful, and professional manner. 🤝
