In accordance with CSC Resolution No. 2600838-2026, which provides amendments to the 2022 resolution on flexible work arrangements for government workplaces, and pursuant to Executive Order No. 28, Series of 2026, this is to inform all concerned that the Municipal Hall will observe office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on August 17 to 20, 2026 (Monday to Thursday).

This adjustment is made in view of the upcoming holiday on August 21, 2026 (Friday), which is Ninoy Aquino Day.

However, all DRRM, Health Workers and other related personnel are enjoined to ensure the continuous and efficient delivery of public services during the said period. Normal operations will resume on the next working day (August 24, 2026).

Our heartfelt and deepest condolences to the bereaved family, relatives, and dear friends of Mae Belle. We mourn the passing of a wonderful soul โ€” a loving wife, a devoted mother, a trusted friend, and a person whose kindness, wisdom, and gentle laughter brightened every room she entered. Though she has gone ahead to rest in peace, her legacy of goodness and guidance will remain alive in the lives she touched.

Ang Republic Act No. 12001 ay isang batas na naglalayong gawing pantay, makatarungan, transparent, at makabago ang sistema ng pagtataya at pagpapahalaga ng mga lupa at iba pang real properties sa Pilipinas. Ginagamit nito ang market value bilang batayan ng valuation at umaayon sa Philippine Valuation Standards.

Ang RPVARA ay hindi awtomatikong nagpapataas ng buwis. Ang batas ay nagtatatag ng isang uniform at market-based na sistema ng pagpapahalaga ng real property. Ang magiging epekto sa real property tax ay nakadepende pa rin sa valuation, assessment, at mga ordinansa ng LGU na nagpapatupad nito.
