1️⃣Public Hearing on the proposed ordinances is being held at Brgy. Masanag, Caluya, Antique, with the participation of Brgy. officials from Sibato, Banago, and Imba, as well as the local officials and constituents of Brgy. Masanag, to wit:

1. Draft Ordinance Prohibiting the Wearing of Balaclavas, Full Face Masks, and other Face Coverings in Public Places within the Municipality of Caluya, Antique, Except for Authorized, Medical, Cultural, Religious, and Occupational Purposes, and Providing Penalties Thereof;

2. Draft Ordinance Adopting the DILG-FDCP Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, Series of 2026 dated January 29, 2026, titled, “Guidelines on the Issuance of Shooting Location Permits for Local and Foreign Production Companies” in the Municipality of Caluya;

3. Draft Ordinance Prohibiting Public Drinking of Alcoholic Beverages in the Municipality of Caluya, Antique and Providing Penalties Therefor;

4. Draft Ordinance Prohibiting Roaming Shirtless in Public Places in the Municipality of Caluya, Antique, and Providing Penalties, and for Other Purposes;

5. Draft Ordinance Imposing a Curfew on Minors in All Barangays of the Municipality of Caluya, Antique, Providing Penalties, and for Other Purposes;

6. Draft Ordinance Establishing a Cattle Branding System in the Municipality of Caluya, Antique and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof;

7. Draft Ordinance Institutionalizing Coordination, Convergence, and Alignment Protocols between the Municipal Government of Caluya and any Coal Mining Operator/Contractor Authorized by the National Government through the Department of Energy (DOE), Requiring the Securement of a Municipal Coordination Clearance prior to Implementation of its Social Development Plan (CSP), Community Development Projects, and other Community-Impact Programs within the Municipality, and Providing for the Inclusion of One (1) DOE Representative and One (1) Authorized Representative of the Coal Mining Operator/Contractor as Addi
