ATTENTION:
🕒 Attendance & Transportation
• All personnel must log in and out via biometric.
• For those residing in Brgy. Alegria, attendance will be recorded on-site using the attendance sheet.
• Departure Schedule:
From SMPC Terminal – 6:30 AM (Assembly time: 10 minutes before departure)
From Alegria – 11:30 AM
🏫 Area & Facilities
• Please take care of the classrooms lent to us.
• Do not touch or use items inside the classroom that are not intended for the activity.
• Clean up after use and ensure the area is orderly.
• If anything gets damaged, report immediately so it can be discussed properly between the school and facilitators.
👩🎓 Student Conduct
• Remind our students to remain humble, respectful, and well-behaved at all times.
⚠️ Additional Important Reminders
• Bring your own snacks and water to stay energized throughout the activity.
• Safety First: Do not bring sharp objects or any items that may cause harm to others.
• Documentation: Ensure photos, attendance sheets, and reflection /feedback forms are properly completed after the activity.
• Coordination: Volunteers should stay in contact with team leaders for instructions.
