Statutory R**e and Illegal Fi****ms Violators Nabbed: 9 Wanted Persons, Including Top Most Wanted at Regional and District Levels, Arrested in Intensified NPD Manhunt Operations

The Acting District Director of the Northern Police District (NPD), PBGEN BENLINER L CAPILI, announced the successful arrest of nine (9) wanted persons during a “Warrant Day” operation conducted by NPD units and police stations. The arrested included two (2) Top Most Wanted Persons (TMWPs), three (3) Most Wanted Persons (MWPs), and four (4) Other Wanted Persons (OWPs).

Top Most Wanted Arrested:

Caloocan City – A 21-year-old male, unemployed, and resident of Brgy. 5, Caloocan City was arrested by the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Caloocan City Police Station, together with the Women and Children Protection Desk, for Statutory R**e (2 Counts). The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued by the Family Court, Branch 1, Caloocan City with no bail recommended. The accused was brought to a medical facility and subsequently to the unit office for proper documentation and disposition.

Valenzuela City – A 18-year-old male, Grade 12 student, and resident of Brgy. Bignay, Valenzuela City was arrested by the Warrant and Subpoena Section of Valenzuela City Police Station, together with operating units, for R**e. The arrest was carried out through a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 282, Valenzuela City with no bail recommended. The accused is now under police custody after medical examination pending court proceedings.

Most Wanted Arrested:

Valenzuela City – A 31-year-old male, gas pump attendant, and resident of Brgy. Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela City was arrested by Valenzuela City Police Sub-Station 3 for R**e and Sexual Assault in relation to RA 7610. The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 270, Valenzuela City with no bail recommended. The accused was brought to a hospital for examination and is now under custodial custody.

Malabon City – A 21-year-old male, unemployed, and resident of Brgy. Potrero, Malabon City was arrested by Sub-Station 1 for Lascivious Conduct under RA 7610. The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued by the Family Court, Branch 4, Malabon City with recommended bail of Php120,000. The accused was brought to a hospital for medical examination and is now under temporary custody pending court proceedings.

Caloocan City – A 43-year-old male, construction worker, and resident of Brgy. 175, Caloocan City was arrested by Sub-Station 11, Caloocan City Police Station for Attempted Murder and Violation of RA 10591 (Illegal Fi****ms Law). The warrant of arrest was issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 14, Manila with recommended bail of Php120,000. A caliber .38 revolver with live ammunition was recovered from the accused during the arrest. He is now under police custody for proper disposition and filing of additional charges.

𝙋𝙉𝙋-𝙒𝘾𝙋𝘾 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙪𝙚𝙨 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣, 𝘼𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙨 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙕𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙊𝙎𝘼𝙀𝘾 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣

A 27-year-old female suspect was arrested while four victims were rescued during a PNP-WCPC anti-OSAEC operation in Zamboanga City, following a referral involving inappropriate images and alleged online offering of CSAEM to foreign customers in exchange for money.

REGIONAL TOP 5 MOST WANTED SA DALAWANG KASO NG STATUTORY R**E, ARESTADO SA OPERASYON NG NCRPO

Isa sa mga pinakatinututukang wanted person sa Metro Manila ngayong buwan ang nasakote ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) matapos maaresto sa Caloocan City ang No. 5 Top Most Wanted Person sa antas ng rehiyon, No. 2 sa antas ng distrito, at No. 2 sa antas ng himpilan para sa Hunyo 2026.

Bandang 2:30 ng hapon noong Hunyo 11, 2026, natunton ng mga awtoridad ang isang binata sa No. 127 Abes Compound, Sangandaan, Barangay 5, Caloocan City. Hinaharap niya ang dalawang bilang ng Statutory R**e sa ilalim ng Paragraph 1(d), Article 266-A ng Revised Penal Code, na inamyendahan ng Republic Act No. 8353. Kapwa may kaakibat na warrant of arrest ang mga kaso at walang inirekomendang piyansa.

Pinangunahan ng Warrant and Subpoena Section, katuwang ang Women and Children Protection Desk ng Caloocan City Police Station, ang operasyon. Sa pagsisilbi ng warrant, ginamit ang Alternative Recording Device (ARD) alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran sa pagdodokumento ng pagpapatupad ng mga warrant.

Ang pagkakaarestong ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapatupad ng Five-Focused Agenda ni PGEN Jose Melencio C Nartatez Jr, partikular sa mas pinaigting na kampanya laban sa mga wanted person at iba pang seryosong paglabag sa batas. Sa pamumuno ni PMGEN Anthony A Aberin, patuloy na inuuna ng NCRPO ang pagtugis sa mga taong pinaghahanap ng batas upang matiyak na naihaharap sila sa hukuman.

"Kapag ang biktima ay isang bata, mas lalong walang puwang ang pag-aatubili sa pagpapatupad ng batas. Patuloy nating tutugisin ang mga taong inakusahan ng ganitong uri ng krimen at titiyaking maihaharap sila sa hukuman upang managot sa kanilang mga ginawa," ani PMGEN Aberin.

Matapos ang pag-aresto, isinailalim ang akusado sa medical at physical examination bago dinala sa kinauukulang tanggapan para sa mga kinakailangang proseso kaugnay ng warrant. # # #

PNP-WCPC successfully rescued three (3) children from Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and arrested one (1) female suspect during an Entrapment and Rescue Operation and the implementation of a Warrant to Search, Seize, and Examine Computer Data (WSSECD) in Norzagaray, Bulacan.

NPD Intensifies Manhunt: Nine Wanted Persons Arrested, Including Most Wanted for Murder and Acts of Lasciviousness

The Acting District Director of the Northern Police District (NPD), PBGEN BENLINER L CAPILI, announced the successful arrest of nine (9) wanted persons during a “Warrant Day” operation conducted by NPD units and police stations. Those arrested included two (2) Most Wanted Person (MWP) and seven (7) Other Wanted Person (OWP).

Most Wanted Arrested:

District Special Operations Unit (DSOU), successfully served a Warrant of Arrest against a 38-year-old male construction worker and resident of Barangay Longos, Malabon City, for the crime of Murder under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code.

The accused, who is also identified as a member of a criminal group operating in Malabon City, was served the warrant while detained at the BJMP Male Dormitory in Barangay Catmon, Malabon City. The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 286, Navotas City, under Criminal Case No. N26-205-CR, with no bail recommended. The accused remains in the custody of the BJMP pending further court proceedings.

Valenzeula City - A 33-year-old male accused, listed as a Most Wanted Person (MWP), was arrested by operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section of the Valenzuela City Police Station through the service of a warrant of arrest in Barangay Arkong Bato, Valenzuela City, on June 4, 2026.

The accused, a driver and resident of Barangay Santolan, Malabon City, is facing charges for Sexual Assault in relation to Section 5(b) of RA 7610 and Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to Section 5(b) of RA 7610. The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 270, Valenzuela City, with a recommended total bail bond of Php720,000.00. Following his arrest, the accused underwent medical examination and was subsequently placed under police custody pending the return of the warrant to the issuing court.
