Representing the strength, unity, and competitive spirit of the battalion are the players from Headquarters Company, Alpha Company, Bravo Company, and Charlie Company. More than just a game, this tournament reflects camaraderie, discipline, teamwork, and the warrior spirit that binds every reservist of the 1301st RRIBn.

⁣⁣
The 𝟏𝟑𝟎𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 officially commenced its much-anticipated Inter-Company Basketball Tournament today, 31 May 2026, held at De La Salle Araneta University.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The opening games marked the beginning of a spirited display of camaraderie, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among the participating companies of the battalion. Fourteen (14) players proudly represented their respective teams as they battled it out on the hardwood in pursuit of pride and championship glory.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The activity was spearheaded by MAJOR ANTONIETA L ARMATEO, Battalion S1 and Adjutant, who also serves as the Overall Chairperson of the tournament. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The first round of the games was held between Alpha Coy vs Bravo Coy; where Alpha Coy won with 68-56. The following game between Charlie Coy vs Headquarters Coy ended in a grueling 66-44 tilt in favor of HQCoy.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The second round of the games will continue on 07 June following a single-round robin format.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
More than just competition, the event serves as a platform to strengthen unity, morale, and esprit de corps within the battalion.

Demonstrating compassion, vigilance, and steadfast commitment to community service, the 𝟏𝟑𝟎𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 successfully provided 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 during the observance of 𝐄𝐢𝐝 𝐀𝐥-𝐀𝐝𝐡𝐚 on 𝟐𝟕 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, in support of our Muslim brothers and sisters gathered for this sacred occasion.⁣
⁣
Beginning at 0500H, troops from various companies of the Battalion were strategically deployed to ensure the safe and orderly conduct of the religious gathering. Personnel actively assisted Muslim commuters crossing nearby roads, helping ensure their safe passage, while simultaneously preparing for the orderly distribution of food supplies for attendees.⁣
⁣
At 0630H, members of the Muslim community commenced their congregational prayers—a solemn and meaningful expression of faith, sacrifice, and devotion that defines the spirit of Eid Al-Adha. The prayer concluded peacefully at 0732H, with battalion personnel maintaining a respectful and secure environment throughout the observance.⁣
⁣
Immediately thereafter, troops transitioned from security support to community assistance, facilitating the distribution of food packs to attendees while ensuring proper crowd flow and orderly movement of beneficiaries. This act of service reflected the battalion’s enduring commitment to compassion, inclusivity, and meaningful engagement with the communities it proudly serves.⁣

The activity was led by Sgt Paul Ian C Jiminez under the supervision of 1LT JONATHAN JOSE A. PEREZ, Commanding Officer, Charlie Company, whose leadership ensured the smooth and disciplined ex*****on of the operation.⁣
⁣
At 0810H, the activity formally concluded with photo documentation and a troop debriefing, marking another successful mission in support of peace, public service, and interfaith solidarity.⁣
⁣
Through this deployment, the 1301st RRIBn once again reaffirms that beyond readiness and operational capability lies a deeper mission—to stand alongside the people in moments of faith, tradition, and community.⁣

Pursuant to official guidance from the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩, this undertaking forms part of a broader initiative to validate the health condition, administrative qualification, and service preparedness of reserve personnel who may be called upon for operational augmentation, emergency response, and territorial support missions. The activity brought together key military and healthcare institutions to deliver specialized examinations through a multi-agency arrangement.⁣⁣

Medical screening services were carried out in partnership with Shinagawa Medical Hospital, while dental assessments were facilitated by the 1301st Dental Dispensary, ensuring a thorough and layered evaluation process for participating reservists.⁣⁣

On 26 April 2026, the 𝟏𝟑𝟎𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 proudly supported the successful conduct of the Joint Closing Ceremony of the NSTP–ROTC and CWTS Components (AY 2025–2026) and the 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘒𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘢 𝘢𝘵 𝘚𝘢𝘺𝘢: 3rd Annual Community Immersion at the City of Malabon University Grounds, Brgy. Longos, Malabon City.

Serving as security augmentation for the entire event, 1301st RRIBn enlisted personnels ensured the safety, order, and smooth flow of activities—allowing the program to proceed with dignity and discipline. Beyond security, the battalion also actively assisted in the distribution of goods during the outreach program, embodying the true spirit of 𝘣𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘩𝘢𝘯 and compassion for the community.

The day’s highlights included the Presentation and Declaration of Basic ROTC Graduates, the awarding of certificates led by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐋 𝐌. 𝐀𝐆𝐏𝐀𝐎𝐀, 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂), 𝐏𝐀, and the formal turnover, acceptance, and oath-taking of graduates into the Reserve Force headed by CMU ROTC Commandant and the 1301st RRIBn Battalion Commander, 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐎 𝐉𝐑, 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐏𝐀) (𝐑𝐄𝐒)—a powerful moment marking their commitment to serve the nation with honor and dedication.

The 1301st RRIBn also stood in solidarity with the cadets during the closing ceremony, witnessing the culmination of their training and the beginning of their journey as citizen-soldiers. Through both service and security, the 1301st RRIBn remains steadfast in its mission—not only to protect, but to uplift and serve the community.

Last 25 April 2026, the dedicated personnel of the 1301st Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (1301st RRIBn) proudly joined the 𝐀𝐅𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌@𝟑𝟑: 𝐋𝐚𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐮𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Held at Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, the event marked the 33rd anniversary of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command—celebrating decades of unwavering service, resilience, and patriotism.

Members of the 1301st RRIBn stood side by side with fellow reservists and active personnel, embodying the true spirit of the Laang Kawal. Guided by the theme “𝘗𝘢𝘨𝘨𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘕𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘢𝘯, 𝘗𝘢𝘨𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘶𝘬𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘯,” the activity promoted not only physical fitness but also strengthened camaraderie and unity within the force.

The participation of the 1301st RRIBn highlights its continued commitment to readiness, discipline, and service—proving that every step forward reflects the strength and dedication of our reservists.

The 𝟏𝟑𝟎𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 once again demonstrated its commitment to nation-building through a meaningful Tree Planting and Clean-Up Drive conducted on 12 April 2026 at the Grace Park Elementary School (GPES) in Caloocan City.⁣

A total of 82 enlisted personnels and 3 officers of the battalion took part in this 4-reporting day activity, joined on the 12th of April by 13 Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and 3 teachers from GPES, in a shared effort to promote environmental stewardship and community involvement.⁣
⁣
With the theme, “𝘛𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘞𝘦 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘴, 𝘛𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘞𝘦 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘏𝘰𝘱𝘦,” the activity, spearheaded by the Battalion S7 Section headed by MAJ ROGELIO D DEMELLETES JR, PA (Res), under the leadership of MAJ PORFIRIO R CATOLICO JR., PA (Res), Battalion Commander, and under the guidance of COL ROMMEL M AGPAOA, INF (GSC) PA, Director, 1301st CAMANAVA CDC; highlighted the role of reservists not only as defenders of peace and security, but also as protectors of the environment. Through the planting of seedlings, the battalion contributed to ongoing efforts against climate change and extreme heat, while helping nurture a greener and healthier future for the next generation.⁣
⁣
Among the seedlings planted were 20 langka, 20 lemon, 20 kalamansi, 20 guyabano, and 20 rambutan, symbolizing hope, sustainability, and collective responsibility for the environment.⁣
⁣
Following the tree planting activity, the troops shared lunch through a traditional boodle fight, serving as a gesture of thanksgiving for the successful conduct of the battalion’s activities during the first quarter of 2026. This moment of camaraderie not only celebrated their collective efforts but also strengthened the esprit de corps and boosted the morale of the unit, especially amid ongoing economic challenges—reinforcing the unity, resilience, and brotherhood that define the 1301st RRIBn.⁣
