๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐, our City Fire Marshal, the Ranks and Non-Officer in Ranks personnel of Caloocan City Fire Station assembled at the Caloocan City Central Fire Station to actively participate in the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony. The activity served as a meaningful start to the week, fostering discipline, unity, and a renewed sense of duty among personnel.
As part of the program, SFO2 Allan I Perez, our Troop Information and Education speaker, delivered a reflection on the tragic collapse of a nine-story building under construction in Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga, on May 24, 2026, which resulted in casualties and trapped individuals. A massive, multi-agency rescue effort highlighted three core lessons: the absolute priority of strict safety compliance to prevent negligence, the life-saving value of continuous emergency preparedness and training, and the necessity of seamless inter-agency cooperation during a crisis. Ultimately, His speech calls on members of the Bureau of Fire Protection to honor their public responsibility by maintaining constant readiness, honing their professional skills, and remaining vigilant in protecting their communities.
Personnel from the North and South Caloocan Fire Sub-Stations also conducted their respective flag raising activities within their designated AORs
