1. Ang/ang mga libro ay dapat kumpleto pa rin ang mga pahina at hindi punit-punit. Sikaping kakaunti o wala itong mga highlights/markings.
2. Ang/ang mga libro ay hindi basa, hindi madumi, walang mga insekto, at walang masamang amoy.
3. Maayos at malinis pa rin ang covers/bindings.
