Today, we celebrate Janraff Jericho Tuzon, former Editor-in-Chief of Purity Publication, on his admission into the University of Santo Tomas under the distinguished programs of BS Accountancy and AB Political Science.

𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐖 𝐍𝐆 𝐊𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐍

𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗪 𝗡𝗚 𝗞𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗡

Sa araw na ito, Huwebes, ika-9 ng Abril 2026, ating ginugunita ang Araw ng Kagitingan bilang pagbibigay-pugay sa tapang at sakripisyong ipinamalas ng mga bayaning tagapagtanggol ng Bataan noong Ikalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig.

Inaalala sa pagdiriwang na ito ang pagbagsak ng Bataan noong 1942, kung saan mahigit 70,000 sundalong Filipino at Amerikano—na nagtiis sa matinding gutom, karamdaman, at labis na pagkapagod sa ilalim ng matinding init—ang napilitang sumuko sa puwersa ng mga Hapon.

Ang araw na ito ay hindi lamang simpleng pagbabalik-tanaw sa kasaysayan, kundi isang paalala sa bawat Filipino na ang kalayaan at kapayapaang tinatamasa natin ngayon ay bunga ng dugo, pawis, at buhay na inialay ng mga nagbuwis para sa ating kinabukasan.

Ang Publikasyong Busilak ay kaisa sa paggunita sa araw na ito. Nawa’y patuloy nating buhayin ang diwa ng kagitingan sa ating mga gawa at adhikain para sa bayan.
