They lead the activity entitled Campus Cleanliness Drive 2015-2016 and the main objective of this activity is to raise awareness on the importance of cleanliness and orderliness all year round.

Students gets busy of their subjects, but as the Student-Leaders of Caloocan High School, the Campus Integrity Crusaders (CIC) has still a lot of work to do, they mobilize the school grounds and buildings every break time all year round. All Caloocan High School students participated in an Earthquake Drill which aims to enlighten the students and to become aware about the unexpected disasters that can possibly occur within the area when there is an Earthquake.
