๐ธ 63๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง of the 13th Council of Caloocan City
Nuong nakaraang Miyerkules, ika-30 Setyembre 2026 ay pinanguluhan ng inyong lingkod Vice Mayor Karina Teh ang ika-63 Pangkaraniwang Pulong ng Sanggunian Panlungsod.
Sa ilalim ng pulong na ito ay naipasa ang mga sumusunod na resolusyon at ordinansa:
1. Proposed Resolution No. 13-574 S. 2026 โ A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Dale Gonzalo R. Malapitan, to enter into, sign, for and on behalf of the City Government of Caloocan, a Memorandum of Agreement with Deed of Usufruct with Sampaguita Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc. over a city-owned property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T-124410, located at Paraiso Street, Sampaguita Subdivision, Barangay 175, Caloocan City.
2. Proposed Resolution No. 13-590 S. 2026 โ A resolution authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Dale Gonzalo R. Malapitan, on behalf of the City Government of Caloocan, to negotiate, offer to buy, and acquire by purchase a portion of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 001-2023001525, owned by spouses Jimmy C. Chua and Alona S. Chua, located at Lot 899-H-2, Barrio Road, Area D, Camarin, Barangay 178, Caloocan City, to be utilized as a road lot and multi-purpose covered court, and for this purpose, to sign, execute, and deliver the pertinent Deed of Absolute Sale and all other documents relative thereto.
3. Proposed Resolution No. 13-678 S. 2026 โ Isang kapasyahang nagpapahayag ng maalab at marubdob na pagbati sa pagdiriwang ng ika-pitumput-isa (71) taong kaarawan sa ika-31 ng Oktubre 2026 ng Kgg. Eduardo โKa Eddie Boyโ V. Manalo, ang kasalukuyang Punong Tagapamahala ng Iglesia ni Cristo (INC).
4. Proposed Ordinance No. 13-097 S. 2026 โ An ordinance increasing the additional augmentation allowance to all Caloocan City public elementary and secondary school teaching and non-teaching personnel to two thousand five hundred fifty-five pesos and 56/100 (PHP 2,555.56) per month effective October 2026.
5. Proposed Ordinance No. 13-077 S. 2026 โ An ordinance adopting City Health Board (CHB) Resolution No. AM-2026-001 and City Health Board (CHB) Resolution No. AM-2026-001-A, approving the disposition and/or allocation of the PhilHealth YAKAP package (formerly Konsulta) capitation payments in the amount of twenty-five million one hundred eighty-three thousand eight hundred pesos (P 25,183,800.00) received in 2025.
6. Proposed Ordinance No. 13-096 S. 2026 โ An ordinance appropriating the amount of twelve billion three hundred seventy-four million two hundred forty thousand two hundred thirteen pesos and 72/100 (P 12,374,240,213.72) representing the annual budget of the City Government of Caloocan to cover the various expenditures for the operation of the City Government for Fiscal Year (FY) 2027.
