The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) – Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office currently conducts the Administrative Petition for Correction Automated System (APCAS) Go-Live Implementation at the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of San Carlos City, Pangasinan, today, 02 June 2026.

This activity marks a significant step toward enhancing and streamlining civil registration services through the automation of administrative petition processing. The implementation aims to improve efficiency, strengthen records management, and provide faster, more accurate, and client-centered services to the public.

The activity is being facilitated by PSA Pangasinan personnel in collaboration with the Municipal Civil Registrar, LCRO staff, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the APCAS platform.

For Ms. Erlinda Prado, having a National ID provides a trusted proof of identity that helps facilitate her application for a senior citizen's pension and access to other essential services.
Through continuous registration activities, mobile registration initiatives, and community-based service delivery, PSA Pangasinan remains committed to making government services more accessible, inclusive, and convenient for all.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪!📣📣📣
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office, in collaboration with the Local Civil Registry Office of Calasiao, actively participated in Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Doyong Malabago Elementary School, Calasiao, Pangasinan, bringing frontline government services closer to the community.
As part of the activity, PSA Pangasinan facilitated the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) and conducted National ID registration services to assist unregistered students, parents, guardians, and faculty. The initiative provided a convenient opportunity for members of the school community to register, update their information, and learn more about the benefits of the National ID and BRAP.

Through its continued partnership with schools, local government units, and community stakeholders, PSA Pangasinan remains committed to making public services more accessible and inclusive while supporting the goals of Brigada Eskwela in fostering community participation and nation-building.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office currently conducts the Go Live Implementation of the Administrative Petition for Correction Automated System (APCAS) in Bayambang, Pangasinan today, 01 June 2026.

Led by Information Systems Analyst I Joel L. Tabili and Assistant Birth Registration Coordinator Gessiele C. Soriano, in partnership with the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) Bayambang, this activity marks another milestone in enhancing civil registration services through digital transformation and streamlined processes.

The implementation of APCAS aims to improve service delivery, strengthen records management, and provide stakeholders with more accurate, timely, and client-centered civil registration services.

Please be advised that effective 𝟎𝟏 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the back-end operations of the Philippine Statistics Authority – Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office located at MB Building, Barangay Nalsian, Calasiao, Pangasinan, will resume its regular five-day workweek arrangement.

Regular office hours shall be observed from 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 (except holidays), from 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌.

The Civil Registration Service (CRS) Calasiao and Rosales Outlets, as well as the National ID Fixed Registration Center, shall likewise continue their normal operations following the same schedule.

LOOK | In line with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)’s Privacy Awareness Week 2026 celebration, Dr. Angelo P. Asignacion, Division Chief of the Information and Cybersecurity Division, emphasized the importance of ensuring information security in the National ID system through the “Digital National ID and the Data Protection Knowledge Exchange Series.”

His discussion highlighted the National ID system’s commitment to safeguarding citizens’ personal information through robust data protection measures, advanced encryption technologies, and secure systems that is aligned with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

With the theme, “ANAMNESIS: Looking Back and Moving Forward,” the PSA continues to champion data privacy rights and responsible digital governance while ensuring that its services, such as the National ID, is within reach of every Filipino.
