Lamoca, RSW, Provincial Government Department Head of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office, further affirming the collaborative commitment of the partner institutions to the successful implementation of the initiative.

The partnership brings together CPDโ€™s technical expertise on RBIM and population and development, PGOMโ€™s local implementation and policy support, and OMSUโ€™s technological and academic capabilities to transform the traditionally paper-based RBIM process into a more efficient, secure, field-friendly, and planning-responsive digital platform.

During the activity, a video presentation of the RBIM Mobile Application prototype provided a glimpse of how technology can make barangay-level population data collection, validation, consolidation, and utilization more responsive to the needs of local governments and communities.
