Position: PROJECT MANAGEMENT ENGINEER
Job Description:
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing engineering and operational projects to ensure timely completion within scope, budget and quality requirements
• The role manages cross-functional activities, monitors project progress and ensure alignment with company objectives and customer requirements
Position: COST ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
• With at least 5 years Supervisory experience from Manufacturing company
• SAP background
Position: PROCESS ENGINEER (MODULE)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE / ME / EE / CHEM ENG / IE
• Experience in Semiconductor company is an advantage
• Line and process improvement & process control
• Hands-on experience with Wirebond, Diebond, Dicing, etc.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Position: PROCESS ENGINEER (CHEMICAL ENGINEER)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• Experience in Semiconductor company is an advantage
• Line and process improvement & process control
• Process and equipment optimization
• Hands-on experience with Plating, Laserdrill, etc.
Position: PROCESS TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• Diploma of any 4-year Technology course
• Line and process improvement & process control
Position: EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Technology course
• NC II or NC II in Electrical Technology is an advantage
• Experience in Machine Operation, Yield, Set-up & Conversion, Minor Troubleshoot
Position: PLANNER
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Familiar with ERP / MRP system (SAP is an advantage)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
Position: QA / QC INSPECTOR
Qualifications:
• Must be College level
• With or without working experience
• Must be 20/20 vision with no eyeglasses
Position: PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Qualifications:
• At least High School / Senior High School graduate
• With or without working experience
• Must be 20/20 vision with no eyeglasses
