CITY GOVERNMENT OF CALAMBA REGULAR & SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAYS WORKING HOURS

ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS TO EO 2026-26 NG PAMAHALAANG LUNGSOD NG CALAMBA:
EO No. 2026-026A, “ADDENDUM TO EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2026-26 DIRECTING ALL DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES UNDER THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF CALAMBA TO ADOPT ENERGY CONSERVATION PROTOCOLS AND FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS”

In order to ensure that the prescribed working hours are met for weeks that include regular holidays, special non-working days, or official work suspensions, the following shall be observed by all Departments and Offices under the Office of the City Mayor, except those listed under Section 3 of Executive Order No. 2026-026:

I. For weeks that include regular holidays or special non-working days (based on Proclamation No. 1006 Series of 2025 issued by the Office of the President and other legal issuances):

a. If a regular holiday or special non-working day falls on a Friday, the prescribed working hours shall be 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., from Monday to Thursday.

b. If a regular holiday or special non-working day falls on any day from Monday to Thursday, the prescribed working hours shall also be 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., including Friday of the same week.

c. If there are two regular holidays or special non-working days in a week, the prescribed working hours for the remaining working days shall likewise be 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

II. If regular holidays or special non-working days and an official work suspension occur within the same week, the same 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. working hours shall be observed for the remaining working days including Friday of the same week.

III. For weeks that include official work suspensions, regardless of the number of days, the prescribed working hours shall be 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. including Friday of the same week.

TEMPORARY GOVERNMENT 4-DAY WORK WEEK

NEW TEMPORARY OFFICE HOURS
ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Calamba:
MONDAY–THURSDAY
7:00AM–6:00PM

Maliban sa mga tanggapan na nagbibigay ng essential at frontline services, kabilang ang mga may kinalaman sa kalusugan, public safety, at emergency response.

MORE INFO:

Section 3. Non-interruption of Government Services, Departments and Offices providing essential, basic, and vital services, including those responsible for health, public safety, and emergency preparedness and response, shall remain fully operational at all times. These Departments and Offices shall ensure the uninterrupted delivery of critical functions and shall implement the Energy Conservation Protocols in a manner that does not impede or compromise their mandated services.

Specifically, the following Departments and Offices, except for their administrative personnel, are hereby exempted from the adoption of flexible working arrangements as provided under Section 1 of this Order:

1. Public Order and Safety Office;
2. City Health Services Department;
3. City Social Services Department;
4. Veterinary and Slaughterhouse Management Department;
5. Market Management Division;
6. Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Division; and
7. All other Departments and Offices as may be determined by the City Mayor.

The Business Permits and Tricycle Franchising Office, along with the regulatory offices responsible for the implementation of the year-round Business One-Stop Shop, are instructed to facilitate the utilization and promotion of the electronic Business One-Stop Shop (eBOSS).

BREAKING NEWS | APAT NA ARAW NA WORKWEEK SA CALAMBA, PIRMADO NA

Alinsunod sa direktiba ng ating mahal na pangulo, President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr., atin nang nilagdaan ang isang Executive Order na nagtatakda ng 4-day condensed workweek para sa mga kawani ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Calamba.

Sa ilalim ng kautusan, ang oras ng trabaho ay mula Lunes hanggang Huwebes, 7:00 ng umaga hanggang 6:00 ng gabi.

Gayunman, magpapatuloy ang operasyon ng mga tanggapan na nagbibigay ng essential services upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na paghahatid ng serbisyo sa bawat Calambeño.

Sa ilalim ng naturang kautusan, ang opisyal na oras ng trabaho ay mula Lunes hanggang Huwebes, 7:00 ng umaga hanggang 6:00 ng gabi, bilang bahagi ng hakbang upang mapabuti ang work efficiency at mapahusay ang serbisyo publiko.

Gayunpaman, magpapatuloy ang operasyon ng mga tanggapan na nagbibigay ng essential services upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na paghahatid ng mga serbisyong kinakailangan ng bawat Calambeño.

Ito ay upang bigyang-pugay ang mahalagang yugto sa ating kasaysayan na nagpatibay sa demokrasya at kalayaan ng sambayanang Pilipino.

The City Treasury Management Office will remain open on the following dates to accommodate Real Property Tax (Amelyar) payments:

1. December 22, 2025

2. December 23, 2025

3. December 26, 2025

4. December 29, 2025

This schedule ensures that taxpayers have ample time to complete their Amelyar payments before the year-end deadline.
