RTWPB 10 Conducts Series of Productivity Trainings in May 2026

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board 10 (RTWPB 10) successfully conducted a series of productivity enhancement trainings and technical learning sessions throughout May 2026, reaffirming its commitment to promoting productivity, workplace efficiency, and business competitiveness among enterprises and workers in Northern Mindanao.

On May 7, 2026, RTWPB 10 conducted a training on "Improving Productivity through Employee Engagement" for Bestfriend Goodies at Daayata Compound, Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City. The activity highlighted the importance of employee involvement, motivation, and participation in achieving organizational goals and improving overall productivity.

As part of its Technical Advisory Visit (TAV) program, RTWPB 10 discussed Productivity Improvement Programs for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on May 14, 2026 in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental. The activity aimed to introduce productivity tools and strategies that can help MSMEs enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve business performance.

Continuing its productivity advocacy, RTWPB 10 conducted a training on the 7S of Good Housekeeping on May 18, 2026 for employees of Quadoleo Corporation located at Purok 3, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City. Participants learned practical workplace organization techniques that promote safety, cleanliness, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

On May 26, 2026, RTWPB 10 discussed Productivity Improvement Programs during a technical learning session for workers in the informal sector in Lanao del Norte. The session emphasized productivity concepts and practices that can help informal workers increase their income opportunities and improve the sustainability of their livelihood activities.

Meanwhile, on May 28, 2026, RTWPB 10 conducted another 7S of Good Housekeeping training for Foxglobe Manpower Services in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental. The training equipped participants with knowledge and skills on maintaining an organized and productive workplace environment.

Through these initiatives, RTWPB 10 continues to strengthen productivity awareness and foster a culture of continuous improvement among enterprises, workers, and stakeholders across Northern Mindanao. The Board remains committed to providing relevant productivity programs and technical assistance that contribute to business growth, workforce development, and regional economic progress.

RTWPB-X Conducts PBIS Orientation and Onboarding Training for MSMEs in Claveria

CLAVERIA, Misamis Oriental – The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board Region X (RTWPB-X), in convergence with the Local Government Unit of Claveria through its Public Employment Service Office (PESO), successfully conducted a Productivity-Based Incentive Scheme (PBIS) Orientation and training on “Hired and Inspired: Improving Productivity through Effective Onboarding of New Employees” on June 2, 2026, at the Mayor’s Conference Hall, Claveria, Misamis Oriental.

The activity was attended by owners, managers, supervisors, and HR practitioners from various Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The training aimed to help participants strengthen workplace productivity through effective employee onboarding and the adoption of productivity-based incentive programs.

Participants learned practical strategies on preparing new hires for success, improving employee engagement and retention, and aligning rewards with productivity gains through PBIS. Interactive discussions and sharing of best practices highlighted the importance of onboarding as a key driver of employee performance and business growth.

The activity forms part of RTWPB-X’s continuing commitment, in partnership with LGUs and PESOs, to assist MSMEs in building productive, competitive, and sustainable workplaces through productivity enhancement programs and technical advisory services.
