𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒

The Central Student Government humbly calls on the CCCdO community and our friends to extend a helping hand to our schoolmate, Sheila Marie Sayon, who is courageously battling Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma, Stage I.

Sheila was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and underwent a thyroidectomy on August 3, 2026. Her journey, however, is not yet over. She still needs to undergo Radioactive Iodine Therapy, along with medicines, laboratory tests, and other medical expenses necessary for her continuing treatment and recovery.

At this difficult time, every act of kindness matters. Any amount, no matter how small, can help ease the financial burden on Sheila and her family and give her renewed hope as she continues her journey toward healing.

Let us come together as one CCCdO community and remind Sheila that she is not alone in this fight.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐆𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 | 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕

The Central Student Government (CSG) held its Second Regular Meeting for School Year 2026–2027, led by Jonathan T. Fulminar, CSG President, together with Mr. Charlie H. Cosmiano, CSG Adviser. The meeting focused on important matters, plans, and activities for the school year, with the officers sharing ideas on how we can work together to better serve the student body.

One of the main discussions was the application of students who wish to become committee members under the different CSG committees. The officers discussed the roles and responsibilities of each committee and the importance of having committed students who are willing to participate and help in carrying out CSG programs. The meeting also focused on the preparations for the HIUSA Sports League 2026, including plans, coordination, activities, and other preparations needed to make the event organized, enjoyable, and fair for all participants.

Through teamwork, cooperation, and open discussion, we continue to strengthen our work and prepare programs that respond to the needs and interests of our fellow students. As the school year continues, we remain committed to working together, listening to the student body, and creating meaningful activities that bring the campus community closer together.

𝐂𝐒𝐆 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐑𝐎 𝐗 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐞

The Central Student Government actively participated in the Consultation and Dialogue of CHED Regional Office X with Student Council Leaders held on August 24, 2026.

The dialogue served as a meaningful platform for student leaders across Region X to raise concerns, share recommendations, and discuss matters affecting students and higher education institutions.

Through this engagement, the CSG continues to uphold its commitment to student representation, welfare, inclusive governance, and quality education. Our participation also supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, by promoting inclusive, responsive, and participatory educational governance.

Together, we continue to listen, engage, and represent the student body.
