Dok Paolo Gaane together with Mayor Klarex Uy is supporting the city wide One Network System under the Health Care Provider Network (HCPN) in coordination with the Department of Health.
The HCPN is a system under the Universal Health Care framework that organizes public and private health providers into a single coordinated network.
It connects barangay health stations, health centers, rural health units, district hospitals, city hospitals, and private hospitals to ensure proper patient referral from primary care to higher level facilities.
For Kagay-anons, this means faster access to the right health facility, better coordination of care, and smoother referrals when higher level treatment is needed.
This program strengthens primary care, decongests hospitals, and improves access to timely and appropriate health services.
