Ang Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC) Region 10, kauban ang Municipal Agriculture Office sa Baungon, Bukidnon malampuson nga naglunsad og Insurance Application Drive kaniadtong Septiyembre 16, 2025, nga gihimo uban sa pag-apod-apod sa binhi sa mais ug abono alang sa mga lokal nga mag-uuma.

Kini nga panagtinabangay naghatag dili lamang og hinungdanong suporta sa produksyon pinaagi sa mga farm inputs, apan naghatag usab og higayon alang sa mga mag-uuma nga makaseguro sa ilang ani pinaagi sa crop insurance coverage. Pinaagi niini, ang mga mag-uuma nakadawat og tabang sa ilang produksyon ug dugang nga proteksyon batok sa kalamidad, peste, ug uban pang risgo sa pagpanguma.

Sa paghiusa sa crop insurance sa mga programa sa agrikultura, gipakita sa PCIC Region 10 ug MAO Baungon ang ilang tinud-anay nga komitment sa pagpangusog sa kapasidad sa mga mag-uuma, pagpanalipod sa ilang panginabuhi, ug pagsiguro sa pagkaon alang sa komunidad.

Mapasalamaton si Mr. Rico P. Arena, usa ka mag-uuma gikan sa Lungsod sa Loreto sa Probinsya sa Dinagat Islands, nga siya nakadawat og indemnity payment gikan sa Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC).

Nadaot ang iyang tanom nga humay tungod sa baha, apan tungod sa crop insurance, nakadawat siya ug pinansyal nga tabang.

Nagpasalamat si Mr. Arena sa PCIC sa ilang pag-atiman ug suporta sa mga mag-uuma sa panahon sa kalisod. Ang indemnity nga iyang nadawat makatabang kaniya sa pagpadayon sa pagpanguma ug sa pagpadayon sa iyang panginabuhi bisan pa man sa mga kalamidad nga ilang na sinati.

Kini nagpakita sa padayon nga pag paningkamot sa PCIC nga mapanalipdan ug mapalig-on ang mga mag-uuma nga Pilipino— pinaagi sa paghatag kanila ug pinansyal nga kasigurohan ug kalinaw sa hunahuna, aron makapadayon sila sa pagpakaon sa atong nasud uban ang kaisog ug paglaum.
