For 36 remarkable years, he devoted himself to public service, consistently placing the welfare of the Filipino people above personal gain. His career stands as a testament to steadfast leadership, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to the ideals of good governance.

For more than two decades at the helm of NTC-10, his leadership shaped not only policies and programs, but also the values and culture of the institution. What he leaves behind is more than a record of accomplishments—it is a brand of excellence built on fairness, accountability, and genuine public service. This legacy continues to guide the organization and inspires those who carry forward the mission he so faithfully upheld.

Yet beyond his titles and achievements, what truly defines his legacy is the profound and personal impact he has made on the lives of the people who worked alongside him. To his employees, he was not simply a director—he was a mentor, a steady source of encouragement, and a leader who believed in bringing out the best in others. He led with patience, listened with sincerity, and extended understanding during moments when guidance was most needed. Cagayan de Oro City - The CDO ICT Task Force on Cables and Wires (Task Force Klarex nga Serbisyo sa Kable) recently have their 3rd Quarter Regular Meeting at Mallberry Suites Business Hotel, Cagayan de Oro City. The committee discussed about the updates on clean-up activity accomplishment report, underground cabling system and CDO-ICT Task Force on Cables and Wires Handbook. It also includes the DPWH coordination with Power Providers and Telcos. This collaborative approach significantly reduced delays and fostered a more proactive stance and enhance service reliability. In addition, Director Teodoro D. Buenavista, Jr. of NTC-10 gives a brief knowledge on R.A. 12234 "Konektadong Pinoy Act" which promote an inclusive, affordable and
high quality data transmission service.
