One of the government’s strongest strategies in overcoming the perennial challenge of poverty is the collaboration, complementation, and harmonization of resources among the Department of Agriculture - Philippines , Department of Agrarian Reform, Philippines , Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and the Department of the Interior and the Local Government — as embodied in the Mount Balatukan Rnp Pamb Convergence Area Development Plan (CADP).
We proudly hail The Agropolis for dovetailing this convergence program into its framework of integrated development planning. We salute DAR Region X - Northern Mindanao for its active pursuit and steadfast commitment to empowering communities and advancing sustainable rural development.

Congratulations to the government--to DOE for this novel project. The USTP and local advocates of the power sector in Mindanao have long envisioned putting up this kind of proof-of-concept initiative. Now we can invoke what is done in this instance. It is hoped we can improve the rules to fast-track implementation to lead in setting up on government roof-tops. June 11. Consulting for the AgreenergI role of the LGU Claveria. There is no question about developing generation assets. It is embedded in its powers. No need to attach to the argument for what the demand is. The principle of development is wide in its ownership base. Community-shared solarization follows a Proof-of-Concept model. A mass campaign follows thereafter. All can proceed as enjoined in an adopted local energy plan.

June 11. At the DAR Regional Office. Follow up with personnel on the Capacity-building program by USTP Claveria, including ARCs and ARBs, to align with the Agropolis vision. A separate opportunity for collaboration as a prelude to the impending MOA, presents itself at the current implementation of projects that have capacity-building components.
