Bilang paggunita sa panahon ng Semana Santa, pinapaalala ng National Housing Authority ( ) ang iskedyul at operasyon ng mga tanggapan ng ahensya sa buong bansa, simula ngayong araw, Abril 1, 2026.

Hinihikayat namin ang lahat na planuhin ang kanilang mga pagbisita at sundin ang iskedyul ng transaksyon.

Nakikiisa ang NHA sa pagninilay sa mga aral ng ating pananampalataya ngayong .

𝐏𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐃 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐎

Alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 114 s. 2026, ang lahat ng tanggapan ng National Housing Authority (NHA) sa buong bansa ay magpapatupad ng Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) simula ngayong araw, Marso 13, 2026.

Hinihikayat namin aming mga kliyente na planuhin ang kanilang pagbisita at mga transaksyon sa mg araw na bukas ang aming tanggapan.

The National Housing Authority Region 10, through its Bukidnon/Misamis Occidental/Lanao del Norte District Office, conducted a Capacity Development on Housing Provision for the LGU of Quezon, Bukidnon last February 23–24, 2026.

The activity covered key housing processes and policies, including the housing project cycle and related frameworks, and concluded with a workshop and open forum to enhance understanding and collaboration.

NHA 10 was represented by Engr. Wilfredo R. Murillo, Jr., Principal Engineer A; Mr. Teody B. Abregana, Jr., Senior Resettlement and Development Officer A; Ms. Angeline A. Olmilla, Community Support Services Chief; Mr. Kent Wilson M. Sususco, Community Support Services Officer; Mr. Lexin George U. Yuson, Senior Corporate Accountant C; and Ms. Jenuince C. Pormento, Estate Management Specialist.

This initiative strengthened the shared commitment of NHA and the LGU of Quezon, Bukidnon to promote efficient, transparent, and people-centered housing services for the community.

The National Housing Authority Region 10 actively participated in the Key Shelter Agency Housing Caravan last February 24, 2026, led by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Region 10, together with its Key Shelter Agencies, in collaboration with the municipalities of Linamon, Kolambogan, Matungao, and Magsaysay, Lanao del Norte.

Held at the Municipal Auditorium of Linamon, the event showcased the participating agencies’ housing programs and services, particularly those related to housing provision, financing, and project implementation. NHA Region 10 was represented by Engr. Homer T. Cezar, OIC-Regional Manager; Engr. Maria Fe C. Pantanosas, Division Manager; Engr. Sotero C. Catane, OIC-District Manager of the Bukidnon/Misamis Occidental/Lanao del Norte District Office, Ms. Mitchellou A. Arabis, Community Support Services Chief and Mr. Gabriel Ivan Jay R. Logronio, Estate Management Assistant.

This initiative promotes inclusive and sustainable housing development in Region X and reflects the government’s continued commitment to provide safe, affordable, and adequate housing for Filipino families.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 006-2026A, the City Mayor’s Office has declared January 9, 2026 (Friday) as a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Province of Misamis Oriental in celebration of the Kuyamis Festival.

In view thereof, work at NHA Region X shall be suspended on said date. Regular office operations will resume on Monday, January 12, 2026.

𝐏𝐀𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐋𝐀 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐎‼️

𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲 𝟯𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 na lang ang Condonation 7 Program ng National Housing Authority (NHA)!

Ang Condonation 7 Program, na inilunsad sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni NHA General Manager Joeben Tai, ay pinakamalaking condonation program sa kasaysayan ng NHA. Naghahandog ito ng malaking ginhawa sa mga benepisyaryo ng ahensya sa pamamagitan ng pag-aalis ng aabot sa 100% ng multa at delinquency interest, at 95% naman na diskuwento sa hindi pa nababayarang interes sa amortisasyon para sa libu-libong residential accounts ng ahensya sa buong bansa.

Para sa mga nagnanais pang mag-avail ng nasabing programa, makipag-uganayan lamang sa mga pinakamalapit na NHA Regional at District Office sa inyong lugar upang makinabang sa programang ito!

Muli, hanggang Disyembre 31, 2025 na lang ito, 𝐊𝐀𝐘𝐀 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐋𝐘 𝐍𝐀!

Ang unang linggo ng Disyembre ay idineklara bilang National Government Employees’ Week sa bisa ng Proclamation No. 1130, s. 1997.

Kaisa ang National Housing Authority (NHA) sa pagbibigay halaga sa ating mga lingkod-bayan sa kanilang kontribusyon at serbisyo para sa bansa.

In view of Typhoon Tino and to safeguard employees and clients, NHA Region X will suspend operations starting 3:00 PM today, November 3, 2025, until November 4, 2025.

This is in compliance with Presidential Order No. 66 and Executive Order No. 0421-2025A.

Regular operations will resume on November 5, 2025.
