Under the leadership of FCSUPT ROMEL C TRADIO, Bureau of Fire Protection Region 10 successfully conducted its 1st Semester Command Conference for Calendar Year 2026 in the Cagayan de Oro Fire District and the Province of Camiguin.

The conference gathered key officials and personnel to assess organizational accomplishments, review operational initiatives, and discuss strategic directions for the continued enhancement of fire safety, emergency response, and public service delivery across the region. The activity also provided an opportunity to strengthen coordination, align priorities, and reinforce the Bureau’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and public safety.

Bureau of Fire Protection Region 10, under the leadership of FCSUPT ROMEL C TRADIO, conducted a site inspection for the proposed future Bureau of Fire Protection Region 10 Headquarters in El Salvador City, Misamis Oriental.

The activity forms part of the Bureau’s continuing efforts to ensure the suitability and readiness of the proposed site for the construction of the regional headquarters, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening public service delivery across Northern Mindanao.

This initiative underscores BFP Region 10’s commitment to organizational growth, infrastructure development, and excellence in public service.

BFP Region 10 successfully conducted its Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, reaffirming its commitment to public service, discipline, and excellence.

As part of the program, FINSP STELLA MARRIS SIMBAJON served as the resource speaker and shared her personal encounter with Christ, inspiring personnel through her testimony of faith, spiritual growth, and the importance of maintaining a strong relationship with God amidst the demands of public service.

The activity provided an opportunity for reflection, encouragement, and renewed dedication as personnel begin another week of serving the community with integrity and compassion.

HIGHLIGHTS: 28 May 2026 | 𝗕𝗙𝗣 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟭𝟬 𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗙𝗨𝗟 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗗’𝗦 𝗖𝗨𝗣 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗟𝗘𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

Bureau of Fire Protection Region 10 successfully conducted the 1st RD’s Cup Pickleball Tournament, an initiative of Regional Director FCSUPT ROMEL C TRADIO, bringing together personnel from Camiguin, Lanao del Norte, Bukidnon, Misamis Occidental, Misamis Oriental, Cagayan de Oro Fire District, the Regional Training Center, and the Office of the Regional Director in a celebration of wellness, teamwork, and camaraderie.

Adding excitement to the event, the Regional Director himself took to the court in a special Executive Match, partnering with Camiguin Provincial Fire Marshal FSUPT CARMEL LITO V DIONELA against the tandem of Assistant Regional Director for Administration, FSSUPT RICHARD V ARBUTANTE and Lanao del Norte Provincial Fire Marshal FSSUPT BUTCH B BAULETE. The crowd was treated to an entertaining and spirited match, with the Regional Director's team emerging victorious.

Meanwhile, the Province of Lanao del Norte showcased outstanding performance throughout the tournament and proudly brought home five (5) championship titles. Misamis Occidental likewise delivered an impressive showing, capturing the championships in two categories, while also earning the Best in Uniform Award.

BFP Region 10 extends its warmest congratulations to all champions, participants, and awardees, and its heartfelt gratitude to the organizers, officials, and supporters who contributed to the success of this historic event. To those who may not have secured a podium finish this year, your dedication, sportsmanship, and fighting spirit are victories worth celebrating, and we look forward to seeing you come back even stronger in the next RD's Cup.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 10, led by FCSUPT ROMEL C TRADIO, successfully conducted the 1st Semester Command Conference CY 2026 in Lanao del Norte. The activity served as a venue to discuss key operational updates, priority programs, and strategies aimed at enhancing fire protection and public safety services.

Following the conference, FCSUPT TRADIO inspected the operational readiness and equipment capabilities of BFP SRF 10, emphasizing preparedness and excellence in emergency response operations.

This undertaking further strengthened coordination and unity among BFP offices across the region, reaffirming the Bureau’s commitment to safeguarding lives and properties through responsive leadership and quality public service.
