On October 2, 2026, the National Meat Inspection Service – Regional Technical Operation Center X (NMIS RTOC X) conducted a coordination meeting with the City Veterinary Office of Cagayan de Oro City.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss updates, field concerns, areas for coordination, and practical approaches to further strengthen the implementation of meat inspection and food safety programs within the city.
The activity also highlighted the importance of strong collaboration between NMIS and local veterinary authorities in ensuring compliance with meat safety regulations, supporting stakeholders, and protecting consumers through safe and quality meat products.
NMIS RTOC X expresses its appreciation to the City Veterinary Office of Cagayan de Oro City for its continued cooperation and support. Through strengthened partnerships and open communication, we continue to work together toward a safer and more effective meat safety system for the community.
