October 20, 2023: In the dispense of Agrarian justice, RARAD Nowel Carreon conducted hearing to address the Agrarian controversy between parties who were both represented by their respective counsels insofar as the determination or settlement of the issues involved therein. The said hearing was held at the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office, Yumbing, Mambajao, Camiguin.
