FIRST IN MINDANAO!

The Balubal Heights Subdivision Federation Inc. is the first medium rise housing relocation in Mindanao, a 5-hectare site composed of 40 2-storey buildings that can accommodate 900 informal settler families.

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) along with the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), and the Local Government Unit of Cagayan de Oro City successfully turned over 10 completed buildings to 240 beneficiaries today.
