The Balulang Rescue Team would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and made the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill NSED 2026 a success.
Special thanks to the Barangay Council headed by Galing Pook Awardee Hon. Edwin E. Micabani, our Co-Committee Chair Kag. Reginald Jay G. Acaylar, and the SK Council headed by SK Chairman Hon. Charles Slade Piquero for their invaluable support and leadership.
We also extend our appreciation to the BFP SRF, PNP Personnel, Barangay Peace keeping Action Team, the administration, faculty, and students of Balulang National High School, and Monique S. Banabana and Former Sk Kagawad Rafael “Paing” Pacaldo for capturing the memorable moments of this activity.
