The Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) Formulation Workshop was successfully concluded last May 21, 2026, marking the final day of collaborative planning and strategy-building for a more inclusive and sustainable Alubijid.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Hazel L. Occeña, Division Chief of the Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD), for her invaluable guidance and technical expertise that greatly contributed to the success of the workshop.

Moving forward, the LGU remains committed to transforming plans into meaningful actions for a progressive and resilient municipality.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | As the Municipality of Alubijid continues the formulation of its Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP), Municipal Mayor Hon. Emmanuel L. Jamis, DVM emphasized the importance of inclusive, data-driven, and responsive planning that reflects the real needs of every sector in the community.

Mayor Jamis acknowledged that effective planning is never done in isolation. Through this, the LGU aims to craft sustainable and implementable development strategies that will benefit all Alubijidnons.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | During the ongoing Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) Formulation Workshop, Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Rhanndy L. Akut highlighted the need to strengthen the agriculture sector through capacity development, especially among farmers, fisherfolk, and the youth.

The Local Government Unit of Alubijid continues its 2026 Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) Formulation Workshop on its second day, strengthening collaborative efforts toward responsive, strategic, and sustainable local governance.

Today’s session is graced by Ms. Hazel L. Occeña, Division Chief of the Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD), who shared valuable insights and guidance on effective local development planning, governance, and institutional capacity-building.

Participants from various offices, sectors, and partner agencies actively engaged in discussions, workshops, and planning activities aimed at aligning the municipality’s development priorities with the needs of the community and the vision for inclusive growth.

Through strengthened collaboration and participatory planning, the LGU of Alubijid remains committed to building a resilient, progressive, and people-centered municipality for every Alubijidnon.

𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪 | 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 (𝗖𝗗𝗣) 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽

The Local Government Unit of Alubijid officially commences the 2026 Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) Formulation Workshop from May 19–21, gathering department heads, sectoral representatives, partner agencies, and stakeholders in a collaborative planning initiative for the municipality’s future development.

The workshop serves as a venue for identifying priority development concerns, assessing current realities, and formulating strategic programs and projects that will guide the municipality toward sustainable and inclusive growth.

Through participatory and evidence-based planning, the LGU continues to strengthen its commitment to responsive governance and long-term community development.
