Behind every uniform is a responsibility, not only to enforce the law, but to understand the everyday struggles of the people we serve.

The Regional Internal Affairs Service – NCR (RIAS NCR) conducted a simple outreach activity for jeepney drivers along the Alabang–Muntinlupa–Katarungan route. A total of 30 drivers received 25 kilos of rice each, providing meaningful assistance amid rising fuel and living costs.

As the body mandated to uphold discipline, accountability, and integrity within the police organization, IAS continues to promote values-based discipline, where personnel embody professionalism not only within the ranks, but in their daily interactions with the public.

This initiative highlights that discipline goes beyond compliance with rules. It is reflected in responsible, respectful, and people-centered service, especially in real situations affecting livelihoods.

True accountability in policing is not only about enforcing standards within the ranks, but about how those standards are reflected in service to the people.

Amid current economic challenges, this initiative reflects IAS’ continuing commitment to uphold integrity through meaningful community engagement, where discipline is demonstrated through actions that directly support the people.

The Internal Affairs Service (IAS) continues to reinforce discipline and professionalism within the Philippine National Police (PNP) through sustained education and engagement.

Recently, IAS conducted a lecture for personnel of Mandaue City Police Office Station 6 on the proper understanding and application of NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular No. 2016-002.

In light of recent firearm-related incidents involving police personnel, the session emphasized the importance of maximum tolerance, sound judgment, and maintaining composure in all situations. Personnel were reminded to exercise restraint and remain mindful of the legal and administrative consequences of their actions.

This initiative highlights the critical role of discipline and ethical conduct in ensuring responsible policing and preserving public trust.

On March 9, 2026 at about 9:45 in the morning, PMAJ LISTER LOFRANCO CERIALES, Acting Provincial Superintendent of Misamis Occidental PIAS, conducted lecture about "_MC No. 2024-077 “Guidelines in Posting of Contents on Social Media” and “Supplemental Guidelines/Restrictions in Uploading Videos in Social Media" to the sixty (60) PNP personnel of different CPS and MPS including 1st and 2nd PMFC of Misamis Occidental PPO. Said activity was held at the Patnubay Canference Hall, Camp Naranjo, Lower Lamac, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental.
