Pleased be advised to do so today, May 5, 2026, until 6:30 pm only at the City Treasurer's Office, Cadiz City Hall 1.

If you have a valid reason and are unable to claim personally, you may authorize a family member to claim on your behalf.
Prepare the following:
• Authorization Letter
• Student ID with 3 signatures
• One printed photo of the grantee holding the authorization letter and student id

No extensions will be granted beyond the said date.
