WHERE: Centro Mall, Cabuyao City Public Market, J.P. Rizal Street, and other public places within the City of Cabuyao, Laguna

WHO: Personnel of the Cabuyao City Component Police Station, together with Police Trainees, conducted police visibility patrols to strengthen public safety and deter criminal activities.
HOW: At about 11:00 AM on 15 July 2026, personnel of the Cabuyao City Component Police Station, accompanied by Police Trainees, conducted Police Visibility Patrols in key commercial establishments, public markets, major thoroughfares, and other convergence areas within the City of Cabuyao. The activity aimed to enhance public safety, prevent the commission of crimes, increase police presence, and promote community confidence through regular foot patrols and interaction with the public. Police Trainees assisted in the conduct of the activity under the supervision of PCMS Carmelo T. Cordero and PSMS Rosa E. Cacapit, through the leadership of PLTCOL STEFANIO ANDRENICUS A. WHERE: Niugan Elementary School, 747H+5CQ, Provincial Highway, Barangay Niugan, Cabuyao City, Laguna

WHO: Personnel of the Cabuyao City Component Police Station, school administrators, teaching and non-teaching personnel, students, and Police Trainees participated in the Active Shooter Simulation Exercise.

HOW: At about 3:00 PM on 15 July 2026, personnel of the Cabuyao City Component Police Station conducted an Active Shooter Simulation Exercise at Niugan Elementary School to enhance the preparedness of students, faculty, and school personnel in responding to an active shooter incident. The activity included an orientation on emergency response procedures, simulation of an active shooter scenario, demonstration of appropriate protective actions, and post-exercise evaluation. Police Trainees assisted in facilitating the activity under the supervision of PCMS Carmelo T. Cordero and PSMS Rosa E. Cacapit, through the leadership of PLTCOL STEFANIO ANDRENICUS A. The activity was conducted to strengthen the participants' spiritual well-being, reinforce ethical values, and promote unity, discipline, and moral responsibility among police personnel and trainees. HOW: At about 9:00 AM on July 12, 2026, Cabuyao CCPS FTP/OJT actively participated in the conduct of Pugay Bathala at Arise and Shine Community Chuch. The activity was held to promote spiritual growth, strengthen moral values, and reinforce ethical leadership among police trainees. Through prayers, scriptural reflections, and inspirational messages, the participants were encouraged to uphold integrity, professionalism, discipline, and compassion in the performance of their duties and responsibilities. HOW: At about 6:00 AM on July 13, 2026, the FTP/OJT’s actively assisted Cabuyao CCPS personnel and school authorities in the conduct of bag inspections of high school students upon their entry to Pulo National High School, Brgy. Pulo, Cabuyao City, Laguna. The activity was undertaken to strengthen campus security, prevent the entry of prohibited items, and ensure the safety and security of students, teaching personnel, and other school stakeholders. The inspections were conducted in an orderly, systematic, and respectful manner under the supervision of the Police Field Training Officers PEMS Heizel Cauilan Fariñas and PSMS Ferdinand B. Bangibang Jr., through the leadership of PLTCOL STEFANIO ANDRENICUS A. RABINO, Chief of Police, Cabuyao City Component Police Station.

WHAT: Conduct of Patrol Operations and Inspection in support of the Philippine National Police's anti-criminality campaign through intensified police visibility and preventive patrol.

WHEN: At about 1300H onwards and 1448H, July 10, 2026.

WHO: Personnel of Cabuyao City Component Police Station (CCPS) and FTP/OJT.

HOW: At about 1300H onwards on July 10, 2026, personnel of the Cabuyao City Component Police Station (CCPS), together with FTP/OJT, conducted a patrol operation in Brgy. Pittland, Cabuyao City, Laguna, under the supervision of PLTCOL STEFANIO ANDRENICUS A. RABINO, OIC, Cabuyao CCPS. The activity was conducted as part of the Philippine National Police's anti-criminality campaign to intensify police visibility, preempt the activities of lawless elements, and maintain peace and order within the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Subsequently, at about 1448H of the same date, the same personnel conducted a Patrol Operation and Inspection at Walter Mart, Cabuyao City, wherein NAPNCO personnel and FTP/OJT Police Trainees established police visibility, conducted area inspections, coordinated with establishment security personnel, and monitored the area to ensure the safety and security of shoppers, employees, and the general public.

RESULT: The patrol operations and inspection were successfully conducted in a peaceful, safe, and orderly manner. Police visibility was enhanced in both areas, public safety was promoted, and no untoward incident was recorded during the conduct of the activities.
