This is an important discussion about illegitimate children, parental rights, and the application of Philippine family law. ⚖️🇵🇭

Under Article 164 of the Family Code of the Philippines, children conceived or born during the marriage of their parents are generally considered legitimate. This provision highlights how the law determines a child’s status based on the circumstances recognized by law.

Sometimes, the truth may be known within the family, but the legal status of a child is determined according to the law and the proper legal process.
