July 30 NGCP scheduled interruption cancelled

NGCP granted the request of BILECO to cancel and postpone its scheduled 12-hour power interruption to the latter's franchise on 30 July 2022 citing the holding of Naval District Regular Election on the same date as its reason. The approval was communicated via email to which an official communication shall follow tomorrow as their district manager is currently out of town on official travel.

Furthermore, the postponement of the said interruption for maintenance activities by the transmission provider will possibly be scheduled on 7 August 2022. The coop will post an update once an official notice has been received from NGCP.

Gipirmahan na ni Biliran Governor Rogelio J. Espina ang bag-ong Local Executive Order No. 4 Series of 2022, pagmando sa paghigpit sa border control ug mga dugang na restrictions para panagang sa Omicron Variant.

EFFECTIVE na ni sugod Enero 19, 2022

📣 Mga salient points sa LEO No.4

✅Gin tugutan ang mga “within the day visitors” na musulod sa Biliran Province kinahanglan na magpresentar sa border sa ilang:

1. Fully Vaccinated Card ug DOH vax certification
2. SBQR
3. Certificate of Acceptance sa Destination LGU, (nakabutang didto Pila Nga adlaw valid ang CA)
4. Asymptomatic ( walay ubo, walay sipon, way hilanat)

❌ Dili pasudlon ang “within the day visitors” kung Dili bakunado or partially bakunado ug mga symptomatic.

✅ All Business establishments Mu impose ug “NO VACCINATION, NO ENTRY POLICY” ug SBQR scanning , makasulod lamang ang Dili bakunado in case of medical emergency or mupalit ug basic necessities.

✅Wala nay Quarantine para sa mga Returning Residents kung Fully Vaccinated ug Asymptomatic, apan Kung dunay sintomas sa covid 19 or Dili bakunado/ partially vaccinated, I butang kamu sa LGU designated quarantine facility.

✅ Tanang ROF/ OFW kinahanglan mag quarantine sa LGU designated facility basi sa vaccination status ug country of origin. ( Kung green, yellow, red countries)

✅ Gitugutan ang Home Quarantine kung Senior Citizen, co- morbid ug provided na makapasar ang balay upon inspection sa MHO ug sa Punong Barangay

✅ Wala nay mo sundo na LGU Bus para sa mga ROF/ RR/ OFW

✅ Ipatuman ang curfew hours para sa mga minors gikan alas 10:00PM- 5:00AM.

✅ Tanang tawo na dili bakunado, magpuyo sa seguridad sa ilahang panimalay at all times, except in medical emergency or Pag palit ug basic necessities.

✅ For exemption to the rules sa exit/ entry sa border sa mga unvaccinated individuals Palihug basa sa tibuok EO.

Stay safe and always observe social and physical distancing, wear face mask, wash/sanitize your hands often.

Please don't forget to prepare the documentary requirements and med cert for A3.

1. Medical certificate (A3)
2. CTC of birth certificate or any proof of the date of birth of the child or any other document of filiation
3. ID or picture proving that the child and companions are affiliated for both child/adult.

Please ensure that only 1 adult to accompany the child to avoid overcrowding.
