Part of this year’s Year-End Assessment and Action planning is “Well-being Debriefings” aim to relieve employees’ stress. The stress of the pandemic requires employees to adopt new normal in the performance of their respective tasks. They need to champion evidence-based, easy-to-launch strategies that quickly and effectively offer relief for their emotional state. Debriefings are an effective, low-cost, scalable way for employees to take care of each other in real-time, addressing real issues.

Current trends in social media involve TikTok videos, especially dance challenges. Joining the trend and providing and evidence-based strategies that quickly and effectively offer relief to employees’ emotional state brought by Covid 19 pandemic, a TIKTOK Challenge is initiated. The highlight is the past present and future experiences employees had encountered, are encountering, and will be encountering in facing the new normal.
