The training was conducted by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), headed by John Eivor G. Orro, in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, led by Municipal Mayor Avelino N. Agustin Jr., through the Municipal Public Employment Service Office, headed by Herminigilda T. Gamet. The activity was supported by Punong Barangay Pedro G. Laitan, with Joy Anne Agsalog serving as the trainer.

This initiative aims to enhance participantsโ€™ skills in handicraft production, provide additional livelihood opportunities, and promote environmental awareness by reducing reliance on single-use plastics.

The training was conducted by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis through the Municipal Public Employment Service Office (MPESO), with support from Barangay Captain Nolibert M. Carbonel. The activity was facilitated by Kris A. Batallones from TESDA Quirino Province.

This initiative aims to equip participants with practical baking skills to support livelihood opportunities and promote small-scale enterprise development in the community.

The activity aims to formally organize the association and comply with requirements for registration, paving the way for future livelihood opportunities and support programs from the Department of Labor and Employment.

The Tucod KIPHODAN Association was recently profiled for the Department of Labor and Employmentโ€™s Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP), focusing on juice production as a potential enterprise.

The activity was conducted by the DOLE Quirino Field Office, represented by Prime Ellis F. Martinez, in collaboration with partner agencies including the Municipal Public Employment Service Office (PESO), the Municipal Cooperative Development Office (MCDO), and Quirino State University.

This initiative aims to assess and support the associationโ€™s capacity to engage in sustainable livelihood opportunities, strengthen community-based enterprises, and promote local economic development through juice production.
