𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 || On 𝟑𝟏 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐐𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 was successfully conducted the 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐚𝐲 held at 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐮𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 led by 𝐒𝐒𝐠 𝐉𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐋. 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥 (𝐎𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐍𝐂𝐎 together with the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐆𝐌𝐀) and 𝐐𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 with Basic ROTC cadets dedicating their day to perfecting the "Pass and Review" drill . The focus was on achieving impeccable synchronization, with cadets honing their precision in step, salute, and alignment under the watchful eyes of their training officers. The parade ground echoed with the rhythmic cadence of marching boots, a testament to the cadets' unwavering commitment to discipline.
Training Staff provided constant feedback, ensuring that even the smallest deviations were corrected, reinforcing the idea that the RAATI is a reflection of the unit's collective readiness. Despite the demanding nature of the training, the cadets maintained their focus, demonstrating a strong dedication to achieving excellence.

Maj. Gen. Ronald Jess S. Alcudia, Commander, Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RESCOM, PA), together with Col. Nolito A. Quemi, the newly designated Group Commander, 1RCDG and Col. Julius M. Munar, the Incoming Director of 104CDC, 1RCDG, paid a courtesy call on Hon. Ramon V. Guico III, Governor of Pangasinan at WCC Aviation Company, Binalonan, Pangasinan on January 30, 2026.
Discussions centered on key Reserve Force Development initiatives, including the concept on the establishment of a Citizen Military Training Center and Mobilization Center, enhancement of ROTC programs, pilot testing of a Provincial Task Force Battalion, and strengthened civil-military cooperation in support of a whole-of-nation approach to national defense.

LOOK// On 170800H January 2026, SSg Jeorge L Angel (OS) PA, ROTC NCO, together with the Advance ROTC Cadets under the leadership of LTC JIMSON P TALAMAYAN (INF) PA, Commandant facilitated the 2nd Training Day at QSU Diffun (Main) Campus, Barangay Andres Bonifacio, Diffun, Quirino.
The training focused on the Manual of Arms using rifle, wherein Basic ROTC Cadets were instructed and supervised on the proper handling, positioning, and ex*****on of basic rifle movements.

ATTENTION!! | STANDBY RESERVE MUSTERING ACTIVITY

The 204th Community Defense Center will conduct a Standby Reserve Mustering Activity on 27 December 2025 at 0800H, to be held at the Headquarters, 204th Community Defense Center, Barangay San Marcos, Cabarroguis, Quirino, under the supervision of LTC JMSON P TALAMAYAN (INF) PA, Director.

This activity aims to account for participants, confirm attendance, and update the records of Standby Reserve members. It also promotes preparedness, discipline, and coordination in case of emergencies or possible mobilization.

📣 All ROTC graduates in the Province of Quirino, retired military personnel, and reservists with inactive status are cordially invited to attend.
