Upang mas mapalakas ang kakayahan ng mga lokal na negosyante, matagumpay na isinagawa ng Department of Trade and Industry R2 - Quirino Provincial Office, sa pamamagitan ng Negosyo Center, ang isang komprehensibong pagsasanay sa pamamahala ng pondo at paggamit ng makabagong teknolohiya noong 19 Agosto 2026 sa Abrasa MPC Function Hall, Diffun, Quirino.
Ang naturang programa na pinamagatang "Unlocking MSME Potential Through BSP x BDO Insights and DTI x ILO AI Tools" ay dinaluhan ng iba't ibang Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sa buong lalawigan.
Sa kanyang pambukas na mensahe, binigyang-diin ni OIC Provincial Director Rowena F. Mayangat ang mahalagang gampanin ng maliliit na negosyo sa pagpapatakbo at pagpapalago ng lokal na ekonomiya.
