Please be informed that pursuant to 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐍𝐎. 𝟏𝟐𝟔𝟒, 𝐬. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, declaring Wednesday, 27 May 2026, as a Regular Holiday throughout the country in observance of Eid'l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), there will be no clearance processing at NBI Cabanatuan District Office and OSSCO Palayan on said date.

All existing and scheduled transactions will be accommodated on the following working day, 28 May 2026.

𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗧: Nangangahulugan na kulang na ang suplay ng kuryente para matugunan ang demand, na maaaring magresulta sa rotational brownout o power interruption.

Applicants may now proceed with their scheduled appointments and transactions.

Due to a sudden power interruption at the NBI Cabanatuan District Office, clearance processing is temporarily unavailable at this time. As a result, transactions and releasing of NBI Clearances cannot be accommodated until power service is restored.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding. Further updates will be posted once operations resume.
